My wife and I decided to sell our property portfolio located in Cairns, which has been managed by Megs Walker and The Industry Team for a number of years. We decided to do this to enable retirement and in recognition of the significant increases to interest rates. So for us, a lot was at stake.

Whilst managing our properties, The Industry was always communicative and responsive to all matters, essential for maintaining a healthy and respectful tenant/property manager/owner relationship, being key to obtaining and retaining great tenants. This ensured we as owners and tenants alike acted on our responsibilities in a timely and respectful manner. To be transparent, this was not an easy path where some properties took many months, whilst others mere weeks. We stuck with Meg’s sales team because of their diligence and sensible conversation with us at all times, knowing there was much background work going on that was later shared with us after each sale progressed.

All sales are now completed; in hindsight are we glad we used Megs and The Industry team for property management and sales – absolutely.
