Fletcher is selling two of my properties. It is only early days but I am confident in what I have seen so far. He has already presented one offer on a property we havent listed yet and was very open in answering the questions I put to him whilst deciding whether or not to accept the offer. He is keeping the communication lines open for both parties and continuing with the listing of the property. I chose Fletcher because he has the best rapport I have seen in a real estate agent for his level of experience and I think that is important for myself and whomever buys.
